For Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or their dealers / distributors who purchase and install our systems for their “machines-for-sale”, we have developed our Key Partner Program.
Features and benefits of this program:
- FLO will design complete custom lubrication kits (based on your specific requirements), including all components and system layout, for each of your machines or applications.
- FLO will quickly and professionally install all new systems on your equipment at your facility, or if desired, train your personnel on the initial install and provide technical support on subsequent installs as required.
- System-specific training is provided to educate your staff in proper operation and maintenance of these solutions.
- Custom User Manuals are created for each specific machine or application, including the routine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
- Customized pump labels are supplied (upon your review and approval) consisting of your company logo, your system part number and our production number.
- This secure-login webpage is maintained with your specific Manuals for easy access.
- Obtain access to our Members Only resources page containing helpful documents and how-to videos on generic topics such as making basic repairs to damaged systems, changing components, programming timers etc..
- A mutually agreed upon number of kits or base components is stocked at FLO to ensure there is never a disruption to your production schedule.
- Replacement parts for lubrication kits are quickly shipped out when required.
- FLO provides timely service if required, or reliable technical support to assist your personnel with minor troubleshooting situations.
- FLO will monitor new technology and provide advice and suggestions to you on potential improvements to your systems that would be of benefit to you and your customer.
