Our in-house service personnel are factory trained and certified and factory authorized to do warranty repairs. We stock a complete range of common repair parts in order to keep your equipment working at full capacity.

FLO offers fast and reliable pump repair service for a wide range of products from SKF, Lincoln, Vogel, Alemite, Mityvac, Graco as well as most other major lubrication equipment manufacturers’ brands. We work to manufacturer guidelines and procedures and can turn a pump around quickly upon approval of repair. All reparied pumps carry a full 12-month warranty on labour and the standard manufacturer’s warranty on parts.
 

 

Pump Repair Process

Every pump we repair goes through a six-step process:
• Visual Inspection
• Electrical and mechanical test
• Full strip down and clean with environmentally-friendly, parts washer
• Replacement of any failed parts as well as wearing parts upon approval
• Reassembly and fill with fresh lubricant
• Full repeated cycle test

Call or E-mail our Service Department to arrange for service on all types of automatic greasing systems, including SKF, Lincoln, Graco, as well as most other major automatic lube system manufacturers’ brands. Our trained technicians will come to your location with our industry exclusive, fully equipped Mobile Workshops to conduct lubrication system inspections on your critical equipment. Your customized report will recommend areas for improvement, detail the parts necessary to implement the changes and provide budget prices for parts and labour.

 

Caring for the environment

We work with Safety Kleen to provide an environmentally-friendly and audited method of cleaning and waste disposal. Our Technicians have been trained by the manufacturer and follow a defined procedure. Grease, waste-oil and used rags are all disposed of through Safety Kleen

Steel, aluminum, copper and any other metals no longer of use are segregated and recycled by internal processes, then send to a recycling center. Spent plastic oil and grease pails are recycled through a local partner for cleaning and plastic re-use.
